Waterloo woman charged with DWI after erratic driver complaint; faces additional charge for urinating on floor while in custody

Authorities in Wayne County say a Waterloo woman was arrested after an erratic driver complaint on State Route 414 in Rose.

According to a news release, deputies arrested Kristin Adler, 37, for DWI and multiple other violations.

The charges stem from a driver complaint that Adlerโ€™s vehicle was driving erratically in Wayne County.

Following a roadside investigation she was found to be intoxicated. At the sheriffโ€™s office she refused to submit to a chemical test and was additionally charged with criminal tampering.

The tampering charge stemmed from Adler intentionally urinating on the floor while in custody at the sheriffโ€™s office.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
