According to a news release, deputies arrested Kristin Adler, 37, for DWI and multiple other violations.
The charges stem from a driver complaint that Adler’s vehicle was driving erratically in Wayne County.
Following a roadside investigation she was found to be intoxicated. At the sheriff’s office she refused to submit to a chemical test and was additionally charged with criminal tampering.
