Wayne County man violates court order

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Scot B. Dwyer, 50, of Rose, following an inquiry in the Village of Clyde.

Dwyer faces charges of second degree criminal contempt. The arrest was the result of a tip indicating Dwyer’s presence at a home where a Stay Away Order of Protection was active against him.

He allegedly breached this order by remaining at the property for an extended duration.

The charge will be answered at a later date.
