Deputies say a Bath resident was arrested on felony charges after a welfare fraud investigaiton.
Michael Jones, 54, is accused of knowingly stealing services valued over $1,000 from the Steuben County Department of Social Services.
He was charged with grand larceny, welfare fraud, and misuse of food stamps.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
