State police arrested a Williamson resident on felony charges after an incident at a local gas station.
Rigoberto Espinoza, 38, was charged with felony DWI and other traffic infractions after an incident at the Speedway in Williamson.
Details of the incident were not released.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
