Police in Penn Yan arrested a local man after he attacked a woman during a domestic incident.
Casey LaForce, 38, was charged with unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment after an incident on February 15.
According to police, LaForce struck the woman, then grabbed her by the arms and dragged her back into the residence when attempting to flee.
LaForce was arrested and taken to the Yates County Jail pending arraignment.
