Deputies say a Woodhull resident was arrested for not properly caring for two dogs.
The dogs were found at-large, according to deputies with the Steuben County Sheriffโs Office.
Sara Truesdell, 38, was arrested after a call and investigation on Tuesday.
Sheโs accused of not giving the dogs proper food or care. They were found running at-large and in need of food and care.
Sheโs been charged with torturing or not feeding a domestic animal.
The charges are returnable to local court.
