Billy McKinney plated the lone run in the fourth inning with his fourth home run of the season. He has hit safely in 14 of his 15 games with the Yankees this season and has reached base safely in all 15.
Luis Severino turned in his best outing of the season, tossing six shutout innings. The right-hander picked up his first win of the season.
Tommy Kahnle, Wandy Peralta, Clay Holmes, and Ron Marinaccio combined for three scoreless innings out of the bullpen.
Gerrit Cole will take the ball on Sunday as the Yankees look to win the series. The first pitch is slated for 1:35 p.m.
