Reality Check: Ariana Madix’s run on ‘Chicago’ extended

If you’re a “Vanderpump Rules” fan who so far has missed Ariana Madix’s performance as Roxie in Broadway’s “Chicago,” take Hart: She has been extended in the role for an extra two weeks, through April 7.

Madix, 38, who succeeded veteran dance star Charlotte d’Amboise in the part, had originally been scheduled for an eight-week engagement with the show at the Ambassador Theatre, from Jan. 29 through March 24.

As previously noted, Madix will not appear in the show on Feb. 22 and March 15-16.

Peacock ‘Love’

The show features pairs of coupled singles all staying together in a beautiful villa and being tempted to stray by hot newcomers. Charming as ever.

Also premiering this summer: season 2 of “Queens Court,” in which three Black female celebrities in entertainment or business seek romance with a suitable “king” among 22 successful men. Married couple Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete return as hosts.

Finale

The 10 finalists performed last week on the new NBC spinoff “America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League,” which differs from regular “AGT” in that the judges also mentor members of their respective “dream teams,” a la “The Voice.” The inaugural season concludes Monday from 8 to 10 p.m.
