TOWN OF WALLKILL – A Candlewood Suites Hotel with 101 rooms is planned to be built off East Main Street in the Town of Wallkill.
Orange County Hospitality is seeking sales tax and mortgage filing fee exemptions for the $14.7 million project but is not asking for a PILOT agreement.
The Orange County Industrial Development Agency is expected to approve the financial incentives.
The same company also developed the Home 2 Suites Hotel in Wallkill.
