RHINEBECK – A multi-car accident on the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge has closed the span in both directions on Friday afternoon.
The accident occurred around 4:30 PM on December 15, according to first responders.
Initial reports indicate that five vehicles are involved and one has allegedly overturned.
Multiple fire departments and police agencies are operating at the scene and traffic is at a standstill.
Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
