POUGHKEEPSIE -A 19-year-old Connecticut resident has been remanded to the Dutchess County Jail after being arrested by members of the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into inappropriate sexual contact with a Dutchess County child, according to police.
Sharon, Connecticut resident Antonio Scott was arrested on February 14 at the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony rape. Following his arraignment he was remanded to the jail.
Detectives from the sheriff’s office began investigating a reported incident of sexual contact between Scott and an underage victim in the summer of 2023.
