Couple arrested after standoff

TOWN OF NEWBURGH – An argument between a person who went to a residence at 54 Timber Ridge Road in the Town of Newburgh on Friday afternoon, December 8, ended after a standoff.

Town Police said it is alleged that during the argument, Prince-Rasheem Crawley, 30, brandished a machete and when the victim retreated to his vehicle, Crawley struck and dented it with the weapon.
