FBI offers $10K award to solve 36-year-old cold-case murder

SPRING VALLEY – The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Glennise “Gamma” Stroud.

The 19-year-old woman’s body was located in a wooded area south of 244 North Main Street in spring Valley on September 12, 1987.

Her death was ruled a homicide.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the FBI’s New York Field Office at 212-384-1000 or your local police department.
