POUGHKEEPSIE – City Mayor Yvonne Flowers, back from attending President Joe Biden’s State of the Union Address, will deliver her State of the City remarks on March 19, 2024, at 5:30 pm. The freshman mayor is presenting her update on her term and the progress of the city just 79 days into her administration. The address is required under the city charter.
The State of the City Address is being presented as a largely virtual event will be presented in the Common Council Chambers and will be live-streamed on the city’s website at www.cityofpoughkeepsie.com. The replay of the address will also be available on the website after the live speech is delivered.
