Man arrested in Poughkeepsie with loaded gun after shots fired

POUGHKEEPSIE – City Police in Poughkeepsie arrested a 38-year-old man at 4 a.m. on Monday, April 10 following an investigation into shots being fired on the 300 block of Main Street.

Investigating officers located the suspect, later identified as Joshua Bolden, who was found in possession of a loaded Glock 9mm handgun.

He was taken into custody and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm.

The incident was made public by the Poughkeepsie City PBA.
