ROCK HILL- At around 4 p.m. on Friday afternoon, a man entered the lobby at the Crystal Run urgent care located in Rock Hill and fatally shot himself in the head.
Police did not release the name of the man and investigators remained on the scene into the evening hours conducting their investigation. No other patients or staff at the urgent care were injured in the incident.
State Police are leading the investigation and were assisted by Sullivan County Sheriff Deputies.
