Newburgh mayor and city manager have shouting match during council meeting (AUDIO)

NEWBURGH – Newburgh City Manager Torrance Harvey and City Manager Todd Venning clashed in a heated shouting match during Thursday night’s city council workshop session.

The issue: breaking protocol and allowing council members to speak during public comment periods.

Another potential change in running council meetings included limiting public comment to just one hour.

The issues may appear on the regular city council agenda on next Monday night.
