GOSHEN – A Village of Florida man has been charged with felony assault in connection with a domestic incident in the Town of Goshen this past weekend.
Marco Briceno Escobar, 26, was scheduled to appear in justice court late Monday afternoon for assignment of counsel.
He was being held in the Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail, $75,000 bond or $250,000 partially secured bond.
According to authorities, he is also wanted in Peru for a more serious crime. Homeland Security has also filed a detainment warrant on him as well.
