WALLKILL – Police are investigating a shooting that took place at a home at 366 Stage Road in the Town of Wallkill late Sunday morning.
Town and State Police were on the scene as detectives took pictures and collected evidence.
They say one person was rushed to Garnet Health Medical Center in Wallkill. It was unknown on Sunday the extent of the individual’s injuries.
Police did not say what led up to the shooting or if anyone was in custody, but they said there was no danger to the public.
