TOWN OF NEWBURGH – A serious rollover motor vehicle accident on Interstate 84 just each of North Fletcher Driver in the Town of Newburgh at mid-day on Wednesday resulted in injuries when the car crashed into a wooded area.
Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to extricate one person from the vehicle and two others were reported to be out.
All three injured people were transported to Montefiore Str. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.
State Police investigated the cause of the accident. State Police, Town of Newburgh Police, Winona Lake and Orange Lake fire departments were also on the scene.
