WAPPINGERS FALLS- The law firm of Stenger, Diamond & Glass, LLP (SDG) is pleased to announce that attorney Kyle A. Steller will become of-counsel to the firm in November 2023.

A life-long resident of the Hudson Valley, Steller most recently served as the Deputy Chief Clerk of the Dutchess County Surrogate Court, where she fine-tuned her skills in the areas of trust and estate administration and guardianships.ย  At SDG, Steller will practice in the areas of wills, trusts and estates, elder law, long-term care and Medicaid Planning with a focus on asset preservation, long-term care Medicaid applications, guardianships and residential real estate.

โ€œIโ€™m thrilled to be joining SDG and working with such a respected team of lawyers, while continuing to grow my professional practice,โ€ says Steller, who serves on a variety of local, community-based not-for-profit boards and serves as an adjunct professor at Dutchess Community College and the State University of New York at New Paltz. Steller is also a frequent lecturer on the topics of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Guardianship.

โ€œWe are fortunate to have found such a capable and experienced successor to our Estates Department in Kyle, but she has big shoes to fill in replacing Steve,โ€ says Ken Stenger, a long-time partner with the firm.ย  โ€œIt is an extraordinary testament to any attorney when asked by a client to become in-house counsel, and Steveโ€™s engagement with INF is no exception. We wish him well in his new career and in all his future endeavors.ย  Kyle is going to be a fantastic addition to our firm and will help ensure continuity of service to our clients, as well as the continued growth and success of the Estates Department.โ€
