Ulster Savings Bank announces new residential mortgage specialists

KINGSTON- Ulster Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Sean Dykhouse and Michael Zeoli have joined them as Residential Mortgage Specialists at their main headquarters in Kingston.ย  Sean will serve customers in Ulster County, while Michael will serve customers in both Dutchess and Ulster Counties.

Sean Dykhouse, who lives in New Paltz, provides his residential lending expertise to customers from the Bankโ€™s main location at 180 Schwenk Drive in Kingston. He has worked in real estate, mortgage lending, and capital markets since 2002, most recently with the Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union.ย  graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and History.ย  He is a member of the Ulster County Board of Realtors and an active participant in the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Sean joins Ulster Savings Bank to offer the highest level of customer service for purchasing a new home, borrowing money from an existing loan, or getting a home equity loan, he is highly professional, accessible, and personal.

His volunteer work includes the Ann Arbor Fraternity Lodge in Michigan and Marinerโ€™s Lodge in New York City, where he participated in soup kitchens and fundraising. He provides financial literacy education on YouTube and has worked with community groups including RUPCO, Peopleโ€™s Place in Kingston, and more.

Michael Zeoli, a Poughkeepsie resident, will provide his residential lending expertise to customers from the Bankโ€™s main headquarters at 180 Schwenk Drive, Kingston and serve customers in Dutchess County.ย  He previously worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at M & T Bank.ย  Mike aims to educate clients on home lending options and guide them from application through closing.
