MOUNT VERNON – State Police have arrested s 32-year-old Yonkers man in Mount Vernon for allegedly possessing drugs with intent to sell them and criminal possession of drugs, both as felonies.
Richard Bailey was arrested following a, evening traffic stop of a 2022 Kia sedan on Union Street in Mount Vernon on Thursday, September 7.
Investigation during the 6:15 p.m. incident determined Bailey was in possession of approximately 6.6 grams of crack-cocaine.
Bailey was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the city of Mount Vernon Court.
