A Canton woman was one of eight employees of White Management Corporation to be awarded a scholarship check from the David R. White Family Scholarship Fund totaling $30,000.00.

Anne Marsh, Alfred State College, received a $10,000 scholarship.

The David R. White Family Scholarship Fund was established in 2023 under the White Family Foundation to award education funds to employees of White Management Corporation. White Management Corporation is a group of full- and quick-service restaurants operating in New York State that includes The Log Jam, Butcher Block Steak & Seafood, Bountiful Bread, Annabel’s Pizza Co., and Dunkin’, KFC, and Taco Bell franchises.

All employees of White Management Corporation who had worked for the company for a minimum of six months, as well as their dependents, were eligible to apply for the scholarship. Fifty applications were received for this year’s awards.
