Catholic Charities hopes to improve supervised visitation program
Fresh Start Supervised Visitation is a new initiative from Catholic Charities that hopes to meet a desperate need in St. Lawrence County. Supervised visitation is a court ordered requirement that allows some family members, usually biological parents, to bond with children who may be in foster care or in custody disputes. Among the Catholic Charities employees working to help others are from left Ogdensburg Deputy Director Johanna Cubi, CEO/Executive Director, Dr. Patrick Donahue and St. Lawrence County Director Matthew Stiles.
