OGDENSBURG – Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center celebrated its Employee of the Quarter awards on Sept. 15.
Employees are nominated by their peers for the categories of Compassion, Excellence, Teamwork, Innovation, and Integrity. In addition, a complimentary breakfast was offered for all staff before the awards as a small gesture to show our appreciation for all the hard work and dedication all our employees put in day in and day out.
This quarter’s award winners were Compassion: Heather Perry, Food Services; Excellence: Sandy Youngs, Environmental Services; Teamwork: Jodi Lachenauer, Pathology Specimen Processor; Innovation: Tiffany Carr, Pharmacy Systems Technician; and Integrity: Becky Compo, Nurse Manager Mental Health Services.
