OGDENSBURG — Four Democrats running for Ogdensburg city council have swept the open seats.ย ย
And Democrat Michael Tooley, who was running unopposed for mayor secured more than 1,000 votes for the win.
Democrats Donna Trim, Michael Weaver, R. Storm Cilley and Jennifer Stevenson ran against Republican Robert J. Edie for four city council seats.
A total of 1.224 ballots were cast for a for a total of 3,711 votes.
The vote breakdown follows:
Donna Trimm, Democrat- 808 votes for 21.77%
Michael Weaver, Democrat- 743 votes for 20.02%
R. Storm Ciley, Democrat- 716 votes for 19.29%
Jennifer Stevenson, Democrat- 642 votes for 17.30%
Robert J. Edie, Republican- 519 votes for 13.99%
Jennifer Stevenson, Voices of Reason- 130 votes for 3.50%
R. Storm Cilley, Voices of Reason- 127 votes for 3.42%
