Director of Reachout of St. Lawrence County receives Community Service Award

The First Presbyterian Church of Potsdam presented its first annual A. George Davis Community Service Award to Karen Easter, director of Reachout of St. Lawrence County, a free crisis hotline for county residents. Easter and her staff have faithfully run Reach Out for over 45 years, fielding over 28,000 calls since 2005. They offer crisis and information services for mental health issues, basic needs, alcohol and drug issues, and family violence concerns. From the left are Rev.
