Massena Fire Department donates winter jackets to Head Start students

MASSENA – Massena Head Start students recently received new winter jackets from the Massena Fire Department as part of Operation Warm. Firemen Tyler Mulvarna and Chris Bertrand joined the students and staff at Head Start.

Head Start is a part of the St. Lawrence County Community Development Program.
