OGDENSBURG โ Music and rain filled the air at the Seaway International Summer Festival in Ogdensburg on Saturday, July 29.
Ogdensbur, Heuvelton, Lisbon, Morristown and Gouvereur school marching bands performed, despite the rain Saturday morning.
The Ogdensburg Blue Devils won first place in the parade competition.
Morristown took home the Spencer Montroy award.
Heuvelton Bulldogs majorette Avery Macaulay won the majorette competition.
