MASSENA โ€” SeaComm recently donated $50,000 to the American Legion Post 79 in Massena.

The funds will be used to provide repairs to the Veteranโ€™s Memorial Park, which is located on Andrews Street.

โ€œWe are very pleased to support the extensive repairs that are needed for the Massena Veterans Memorial Park,โ€œ states Scott A. Wilson, SeaComm President & Chief Executive Officer.

โ€œWe know our Veterans are owed a debt of gratitude, which is certainly impossible to match, however, the current Veteranโ€™s Memorial Park is a testament of appreciation for what they have done in service of our Country. This $50,000, in partnership with the Village and others, will ensure that this park continues to be at the center of that sentiment,โ€ he adds.

With help from donors like SeaComm, the park will honor local veterans for many years to come.

Renovations are scheduled to take place this fall.
