A Tennessee soccer coach left his phone behind at a restaurant when workers, who were trying to contact the owner of the device, looked through his phone and found โdozens of unconscionable videos and pictures of children,โ authorities said.ย
After looking through the phone, the Franklin Police Department found โhundreds of disturbing videos and pictures” including videos recorded of him raping โunconscious boys,โ Franklin police said in a news release Sunday.
Camilo Hurtado Campos, 63, is being held on allegation of child rape and sexual exploitation of a minor. โDetectives are expected to file several additional charges,โ Franklin police said in the release.ย
Franklin police said at least 10 young children, between the ages of nine and 17 years old, were drugged, raped and filmed by Campos.
โWorking with local schools, detectives have identified two of his victims,” Franklin police said. “Police hope that those familiar with Campos can help them put a name with the faces of the remaining victims.”
Detectives said the children in the videos were in โsuch an unconscious stateโ that they might not realize they are victims, police said.
