Mild weather brings early end to winter parking ban in Town of Tonawanda

The Town Board announced Tuesday that the ban, which prohibits parking on the streets between 2 and 6 a.m., will be lifted immediately. It had been scheduled to end March 15.

“Due to the favorable weather forecast for the next two weeks, it makes sense to lift the ban now,” Supervisor Joseph H. Emminger said in a press release. “We are grateful for our residents’ cooperation with the ban.”
