Top prize-winning Take 5 lottery ticket sold at store in Orchard Park

The top prize-winning ticket for Friday evening’s Take 5 drawing was sold at a convenience store in Orchard Park, New York Lottery officials announced.

The ticket, worth $39,995.50, was purchased in the KK Food Mart at 3846 Southwestern Blvd. and matched all five winning numbers: 7, 27, 28, 29 and 32. There were 127 runners-up who matched four numbers, winning $472 each.

Take 5 drawings are held twice a day, midday and evening. Players pick five numbers between 1 and 39. Prizes are awarded for matching two or more numbers.
