Gianna Caetano has been crowned Miss Buffalo 2024, and Scarlett De Witt is Miss Niagara 2024, Taisha St. Jean, executive director of the Miss Buffalo Scholarship Organization announced.
They were chosen in pageant competitions Oct. 28 in Bennett High School auditorium.
Also winning were Gillian Vit, who is Miss Buffalo’s Teen 2024, and Madalynne Finerson, Miss Niagara’s Teen 2024.
The four titleholders, chosen from a group of 19 contestants from across upstate New York, each won a $1,000 scholarship.
Caetano, a graduate of Lancaster High School who has studied at the University at Buffalo, is a former Miss Upstate New York Teen.
De Witt, a graduate of Albany University and a fashion model, was Miss Adirondack 2023.
Vit, a native of Canandaigua, was 2021 Princess of America Junior Ambassador. Finerson was voted Miss Congeniality in the 2021 Miss Thousand Islands/Miss Adirondack pageant.
