MIDDLETOWN – A plastic packaging manufacturer, relocating from Long Island to the City of Middletown, held a ceremonial groundbreaking on Wednesday.
Poly Craft Industries’ owner Ezra Liebowitz said they have known for some time that they needed to expand and modernize.
“We looked at countless locations encountering many roadblocks and issues until we arrived in the City of Middletown where it felt like the sea had parted,” he said. “Middletown had become our partner, not just navigating the details, but welcoming us with open arms. Plans are to redevelop the current building, add 50,000 square feet, and employ approximately 100 local people.
