WHITE PLAINS- The 47th Annual Westchester Jewish Music & Arts Festival will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2023, from noon to 6:00 p.m. at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla, New York. The festival is presented by The Westchester Jewish Council and in cooperation with Westchester County
Parks.

Neshama Carlebach is an award-winning singer, songwriter and educator who has performed and taught in cities around the world. A winner and four-time nominee in the Independent Music Awards for her
most current release, Believe, and winner of the Global Music Awards Silver Award for Outstanding

Urban Garage is a program that mentors teen musicians in pop/rock genres with free monthly open mic
and guided jam sessions in NYC. Partners in marriage and music, Liz Queler and Seth Farber are both three time Grammy nominees. As children of musical parents and parents of a musical child, they started bringing their son Joey on stage with them when he was a tot.
