KINGSTON – Three people are under arrest and being held in the Ulster County Jail without bail on murder charges in connection with the shooting death of 28-year-old Dominique Green.
He was found shot to death on Prospect Street near Greenkill Avenue in the City of Kingston at about 9:20 p.m. on Thursday, July 27.
Following an intensive investigation, police arrested two men and a woman on burglary and murder charges.
They are identified as Shaliza Dhanraj, 26, of Rotterdam, Maliek Fredericks, 25, of Schenectady, and 25-year-old Nyqwan Monroe of New York City.
Kingston Police were assisted in the investigation by town police from Ulster and Colonie, the Ulster County Sheriff’s and District Attorney’s Offices, State Police and City of Schenectady Police.

Police Chief Egidio Tinti said investigators “used all of the technology available to use, (cameras, LPRs, real time crime analysis) to immediately identify possible suspects and track them down.”
