LIBERTY – Police in the Village of Liberty Monday arrested a Livingston Manor man for allegedly pointing a gun at a woman while on the porch of her North Main Street home.
Police were called to the residence at 3:30 a.m. for a domestic disturbance.
The suspect, later identified as Isaiah Blanch, 36, of Livingston Manor, was caught while fleeing.
Police located a loaded .380 caliber handgun in the area where he fled and approximately 4.4 grams of crack cocaine.
He was charged with burglary, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of drug possession, tampering with physical evidence, aggravated harassment, menacing and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.
Assisting Liberty Village Police were State Police, Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office, State Department of Environmental Conservation K-9 Unit and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit.
