TOWN OF ULSTER- Nine Dutchess County teenagers have been arrested by Town of Ulster Police for allegedly entering a building at I-Park 87 and intentionally damaging it to the tune of some $30,000.
All of the teens were charged with burglary, criminal mischief, conspiracy and criminal trespass.
The youths, ages 17 to 19, were identified after a month-long investigation by members of the Ulster Police Patrol Division.
Six of the teens were charged with felonies of burglary and criminal mischief. Two were charged with conspiracy, two were charged with conspiracy, and one was charged with criminal trespass. All nine were processed and released on appearance tickets to either Ulster County Family Court or Town of Ulster Court depending upon their ages.
