One of the two top-prize winning tickets for Thursday evening’s Take 5 drawing was sold at a supermarket in Niagara Falls, New York Lottery officials announced.
The ticket, worth $17,725.50, was purchased at Wegmans, 1577 Military Road, and matched all five winning numbers: 4, 10, 11, 18 and 24.
The other $17,725.50 winner was sold in Brooklyn. There were 134 runners-up who matched four numbers, winning $396.50 each.
Take 5 drawings are held twice a day, midday and evening. Players pick five numbers between 1 and 39. Prizes are awarded for matching two or more numbers.
