Should Buffalo look down the Thruway, or over the border, to get ideas on how to battle snow?ย The Buffalo News spoke to officials in three cities familiar with dealing with winter weather, and here’s what they had to say.

And now the mayor and other city leaders are taking that simple message to television with a series of public service announcements aimed at helping people be ready in case of a blizzard or other major snowfall.
