The United Way of Greater Niagara announced the agencies that will receive Community Care funding in 2024.
President and CEO Andrea Gray met with the representatives of thee agencies that serve youth last week to discuss the plans and programming for the new year.
• The Boys & Girls Club of the Northtowns
• Community Missions of Niagara Frontier
• Native American Community Services of Niagara and Erie Counties
• The Niagara Falls Boys & Girls Club
• The Niagara Aquarium Foundation
• Northpointe Council
• Pinnacle Community Services
• The Salvation Army Corps of Lockport, Niagara Falls and the Tonawandas
• The Western New York Scout Council
• Youth Mentoring Services
• The YWCA of the Niagara Frontier
The nonprofit also offers financial support to other agencies in the county through the Martha Beeman Foundation, which funds youth development programs, as well as the federal Emergency Food and Shelter Program, which addresses the needs of the hungry and homeless.
